When life feels heavy, that simple gesture of raised hands is more than a motion; it’s a posture of the soul.
It says, “God, I’m open. I’m surrendering. I’m reaching for You.”
Psalmist reminds us, “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.”
So today—wherever you are—lift your hands, literally or figuratively and praise God for the great things He has done.
Gratitude is an act of defiance against despair.
It’s easy to remember God in times of trouble, but continue to praise Him as our needs are met!
Praise changes everything.
Praise reorients our hearts toward hope and reminds us that our Savior already holds us in His safe hands.

Dear Lord,
Thank You for your constant presence, even when we fail to recognize it.
Please lead us to follow You with sincere hearts.
May your presence grant us peace and wisdom as we pursue your guidance in all our actions.
Amen.
