A virtue is a character trait that is necessary for moving from what we are to the full attainment of what we can be.
A virtue is a good quality that belongs to an individual’s character and denotes what kind of person they are. It is a tendency to act in good ways.
CHRISTIAN VIRTUES AND FAITH
Key Christian virtues can be drawn from descriptions of Christ-like character presented in the Scriptures (2 Peter 1:5-8, Galatians 5:22-24, and Colossians 3:12).
We will focus 12 of the virtues this year from some important Christian virtues listed here:
- Discernment / Wisdom
- Fairness / Justice
- Faith, Faithfulness
- Friendship / Friendliness
- Gratitude / Thankfulness
