2026, Daily Devotion

If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.

📖James 4:17(NIV)

These words challenge us not just to avoid wrongdoing, but to step forward and do what is right.
Each of us has opportunities, big or small, to bless others every single day.
When we act in goodness, we align ourselves with God’s eternal purpose.
Do not forget that we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works.
You were designed for this, for service, compassion, and love in action.
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Even when kindness feels exhausting or inconvenient, remember, every loving act ripples into eternity.
 —
Prayer:
Dear Lord,
Root us in Your righteousness.
Help us to do what is right and pleasing to You.
May we never grow weary in doing good, for we are created to fulfill Your purpose.
Use our hands, hearts, and gifts to serve others for Your glory.
Amen.
 —
Don’t delay your good works. Remember, idle intentions never changed the world only loving actions do.
Be bold in love, steadfast in service, and joyful in doing good.
