He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.

Life can often feel like a storm, but in the midst of it, God remains our unshakable refuge.
When fear rises, we are invited not to run away from life’s storms but to step into Our loving Heavenly Father’s presence, the fortress where true safety is found.
Trust is not the absence of fear; it is a deliberate choice to believe that God is greater than whatever challenges us.
When we hide beneath the shadow of His wings, our worries lose their power, and our hearts find calm.
Take refuge in God’s fortified stronghold, your trustworthy protector.
Breathe deeply, release your burdens, and rest in His care.
The weight you carry is never too heavy for His hands.

Prayer:
Dear Lord,
Thank You for being our refuge and our fortress.
In uncertainty, help us to rest beneath the shelter of Your mighty wings.
Strengthen our faith, so we may trust Your promises more than our fears.
Teach us to walk with You, whether in calm or in calamity and to surrender every worry into Your capable hands.
Amen.

Seek God’s presence and you are safe in Lord Almighty’ shadow.
