When life’s storms stir anxiety or fear, pause and remember today’s Bible verse.
God’s refuge isn’t just safety—it’s strength, peace, and unshakable joy.
Joy that survives the storm because it’s anchored in the One who calms it.
Take a breath. Identify what’s troubling your heart—work, relationships, uncertainty.
Release those burdens to the mighty hands that delivered you.
Joy in Him isn’t superficial happiness—it is a confident peace, a radiant hope that no hardship can steal.
When you trust God as your shelter, joy stops being optional—it becomes inevitable blessing.
Seek the presence of Lord Almighty, allowing His joy to shine through you.

Dear Lord,
You are our ever-present help in times of trouble,
Let us cast all our anxieties on You, and experience the complete joy that only You can provide.
Strengthen us Lord, that the joy of Your presence may abide in us, unshaken by the storms of life.
Amen.
