God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
As the Lord cares for us, let us put all our anxiety on Him.
God Almighty has strengthened His children so that the joy of the Lord that no one will take away from us
may remain in us and our joy may be complete.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, our refuge and strength,
For You are our ever-present help in times of trouble,
Let us cast all our anxieties on You, and experience the complete joy that only You can provide.
Strengthen us, O Lord, that the joy of Your presence may abide in us, unshaken by the storms of life. Amen.

Identify any anxieties you may be holding onto.
Pray over them, releasing them to God.
Seek the presence of Lord Almighty, allowing His joy to shine through you.
Open your heart to the joy He wants to give you, and let it overflow in your life.
