Our Lord who overcame this world has told us “you will have trouble. But take heart!”
During these days, those who loved us may rise against us.
Do good to those who hate you and pray for those who mistreat you.
With the love of Christ, even love those who falsely accuse you.
Prayer:
Dear Lord,
Help me to love those who rise against me.
Teach me to bless those who seek to harm me.
Fill my heart with grace to forgive.
Even when my loved ones may turn against me, grant me the grace to extend goodness to them.
Amen.
