The Lord cares for those who trust in Him and He is their stronghold in the day of trouble.
Almighty God is sufficient for us while we are surrounded by famine and pestilence.
Let us take refuge in the Lord, as these are the times even the elect may be deceived.
Our redemption is near and let us wait on the Lord.
Prayer:
Dear Lord,
In times of trouble, You are my stronghold and shield.
Surrounded by chaos, I find refuge in Your promises.
In You alone, I find hope and unshakeable peace.
I eagerly await the redemption You have promised.
Amen

He is not only our refuge, but also our Redeemer.
