Pride often promises strength but leaves us empty. Yet Scripture shows us a better way, a path to true favor through humility.
Think about that, the Creator Himself draws near to humble hearts.
Unlike the world that rewards self-promotion, God’s way blesses the humble spirit.
Humility isn’t thinking less of yourself; it’s thinking of yourself less, shifting the focus from self to God.
Pride builds walls that shut His presence out; humility builds bridges straight to His heart.
Here’s God’s promise: “Humble yourselves, therefore, under His mighty hand, that He may lift you up in due time.”
When we stop pushing to elevate ourselves, He becomes the One who lifts us in His time, in His way.

Dear Lord,
Forgive our pride and teach us true humility.
Help us trust Your timing and depend on Your strength, not our own.
Lift us up as we bow before You, for Your glory alone.
