Follow these three simple practices:
Prayer – Speak honestly with God, even if all you can say is, “I need You.”
Scripture – Let His promises wash over your mind and renew your heart.
Worship – Shift your focus from problems to God’s presence; let truth fill your space.
Your renewal doesn’t come from trying harder on your own strength—it comes from seeking deeper relationship with God.
When you turn to God in weariness, His presence restores what exhaustion has taken away.
