Some of life’s hardest moments are made heavier by the fear of facing them alone.
Before Joshua stepped into a demanding calling, God assured him of His presence.
The work ahead was real, but so was the Lord’s faithfulness.
In moments of despair Lord Almighty will be there to guide you.
He is your rock and your refuge, a steadfast anchor in life’s storms.
Today, pause before an intimidating responsibility.
Ask for courage to do the next faithful thing rather than trying to carry the whole future at once with your own strength.

Dear Lord,
Thank You for Your steadfast presence and compassion.
With You by myside I will never feel forgotten.
Help me bring my fears to You and receive the support I need.
Give me courage to fulfill today’s responsibilities while resting in Your faithful care.
Amen.

You need not face today as though you were abandoned. Turn toward the faithful Lord and take the next step with Him.
Almighty Lord will never forsake you as you trust Him alone.
